Viareggio celebrates the magic of carnival (the most important and spectacular in Italy and in Europe) with a very colourful and characteristic procession of allegorical floats which parade along the seafront for four consecutive Sundays and on Shrove Tuesday, delighting spectators. Guests can enjoy this event right from their own balconies which overlook the parade of from the splendid terrace where you can also admire the majestic Apuan Alps.
